Vintage 1972 Olympic Poster - Munich games Art Series printed in Germany. 39.75 x 25.25 inches in excellent condition. This is a second edition lithograph/silk screen poster on heavy stock internationally limited to 4,000 copies. Plate was signed by the artist and the printer’s name is included in the credits: Edition Olympia 1972 GmbH 1970 Kroll-Siebdruck. (First editions were limited to 200, each numbered and signed. Second editions were limited to 4,000 lithographs and silkscreens with printer mentioned in imprint. Third editions had unknown copies without printer acknowledgement.) This is not a Kennedy Graphics reproduction. This is an original 1970’s printing. There is a small ¼ inch tear in the lower left that will be unnoticeable when mounted and framed. Poster will be rolled and shipped in a tube.
